Duties:
- Leading the on-site construction team, ensuring a smooth and efficient building process, working closely with design and build teams.
- Weekly site walks with the client & senior site team
- Managing budgets, schedules, and resources, delivering the project on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Overseeing a team of contractors and sub-contractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality control standards.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all building regulations and safety procedures, creating a safe and compliant work environment.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks, implementing solutions to minimize delays and ensure project success.
- Regularly reporting project progress and key decisions to the project team, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

You'll have:
- In date CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets
- Extensive experience as a Site Manager on Prime Residential fit out projects, demonstrating a successful track record of delivering projects within a similar budget range.
- A strong understanding of construction processes, technical specifications, and building regulations, particularly relevant to office fit-outs.
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills, particularly when working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring efficient and timely project execution.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and aesthetics.
